Vintner's Best Fruit Wine Base - Niagara - 128 oz
A blend of juice concentrates, corn syrup, citric acid and natural flavor designed to make a fermentable base for a Niagara grape wine blend. The product is blended, pasteurized & can be stored at ambient temperature. Diammonium phosphate is added as a yeast nutrient.
Recommended Yeast: Lalvin K1V-1116 or Red Star Premier Classique
Potential ABV: ~10%
Makes 5 gallons of fruit wine. Commonly ready to bottle in 6 -8 weeks. Wine will be ready to enjoy immediately after bottling, but will benefit from some time to age - approximately 6 months.
