Our Recipe Kit Includes:
- Malts: 0.50 lb White Wheat, 0.25 lb Vienna, 0.25 lb Acidulated Malt, 1.25 lb Pilsner Malt (always freshly milled to order and immediately vacuum sealed for premium quality)
- 5 lbs of Extra Light Dry Malt Extract or 8.3 lbs Pale 2-Row Malt
- Hops: 1 oz Hallertau Blanc
- Yeast: Safale K-97
