Our Recipe Kit Includes:


  • Malts: 1/2 lb Victory - 1/2 lb Pale Chocolate - 1/2 lb Chocolate - 1/4 lb Black
  • 1/2 lb Dark Munich - 1.4 lb Honey - 1/4 lb Flaked Wheat
  • 1 lb lactose
  • 6 lbs of Pale Dry Malt Extract OR 10 lbs 2-Row Malt


  • Hops: 1 oz Willamette - 1 oz Fuggle


  • Yeast: 1 pack of Lallemand Nottingham
