Celebrate the coming of Spring with our take on a traditional Maibock. This light, malty, and highly drinkable beer boasts a higher ABV that many other bock styles and is designed to ward off those last few chilly days curing the changing of the season.
Amber, 12 SRM, 5.9 ABV, 36 IBU
Our Recipe Kit Includes:
- Malts: Munich, Carahell, Victory, Carapils
- 6 lbs of Pilsen Dry Malt Extract OR 10 lbs Pilsen Malt
- Hops: Perle and Spalt
- Yeast: W-24/70 (x2)
