New in the shop this week, Ariana hops!


This variety was developed in Germany around 2010 and became commercially available in 2016. Ariana clocks in at about 10.4% AA and packs a light bright aroma with notes or freeze-dried strawberry and blueberry.


If you want to give Ariana a try you can find our recipe here. I also think this hop would work very well in a summery saison, a pale ale, or an American wheat beer.
