On Christmas Eve, we all know that the Santa's sleigh is completely loaded. Well kids, so is Santa.
Sleigh Driver is what we like to leave out with our cookies for the big guy. This delicious, bright, citrusy, festive, and (most importantly for Santa) sessionable holiday ale, will lift your spirits and give you the strength you need to put up all those Christmas lights without getting overloaded.
We encourage you to experiment with the mulling spices on this one but we have found a simple combo of fresh, sweet orange peel, and fresh nutmeg used sparingly to be quite quaffable.
So, Ho Ho Homebrew.

Our Recipe Kit Includes:
- Steeping Malt: Flaked Wheat, Honey Malt, Carapils
- Base Malt: Wheat Dry Malt Extract or Wheat Malt
- Hops: Spalt
- Yeast: Belgian Wit
- Extras: zest of 2 nice looking oranges & mulling spices of choice.
