  • Malts: Chocolate, Black, Munich, Caramunich, Flaked Oats (always freshly milled to order and immediately vacuum sealed for premium quality)
  • 9 lbs of Pale Dry Malt Extract or 15 lbs Pale 2-Row Malt + 1lb Corn Sugar
  • Hops: Nugget
  • Yeast: 2 packs of Lallemand Nottingham Ale Yeast
