Bright Gold (7 SRM), 5.9% ABV, 45 IBU
Our Recipe Kit Includes:
- Malts: 0.75 lb Vienna Malt, 0.50 lb Wheat Malt, 0.25 lb Victory Malt, 0.12 lb Special Roast (always freshly milled to order and immediately vacuum sealed for premium quality)
- 6 lbs of Pale Dry Malt Extract or 10 lbs Pale 2-Row Malt
- Hops: 1 oz East Kent Golding, 1 oz Cascade, 1 oz Citra
- Yeast: 1 pack of Lallemand Nottingham Ale Yeast
